Participants are expected to make their own accommodation arrangements, however you can book rooms at the conference venues with a special rate for conference attendees.

GCP Members belonging to the Producer and Civil Society stakeholder groups located in a coffee producing country may apply for a Travel & Accommodation subsidy of up to 1,000 euros.
Please check the Travel Subsidy Policy, and if you would like to apply for a subsidy send the completed application form to firstname.lastname@example.org by 15th September at the latest. Please note that the number of subsidies is limited, so you are advised to submit your application as early as possible.
